Our Client is a reputable commercial brand operating under the trade name Meltdown. For order fulfillment, Our Client regularly entrusts physical consignments and packages containing consumer products to your logistics network under agreed-upon transit tariffs and commercial courier terms. 

3. THE BREACH AND NEGLIGENCE OCCURRED

  • Systemic Failure/Loss: Despite the lapse of more than [Insert Number of Days, e.g., 14] business days, the tracking profile has displayed a total standstill or structural drop-out, indicating your system has entirely misplaced, misrouted, or lost the parcel structure.

  • Deficiency of Service: Our Client's support framework initiated standard trace inquiries on [Insert Date of first support ticket], to which your staff has offered unverified responses and failed to provide a conclusive resolution or trace.

  • Severe Commercial Impact: As a result of your third-party omissions, mechanical or sorting backlogs, and total failure to deliver, Our Client has had to bear administrative strain, reputational harm, and dispute resolution costs with their end consumers.

4. LEGAL POSITION OF OUR CLIENT

Take notice that per Our Client’s established Terms of Service, once physical shipments leave our facilities and are handed over to a designated third-party carrier, legal possession transfers to the customer, and subsequent logistics responsibilities reside solely with your shipping network. Your failure to safeguard, correctly route, and execute standard delivery windows under optimal conditions constitutes a strict breach of standard commercial logistics duty.

5. DEMANDS AND REMEDIES REQUIRED

By this legal notice, you are hereby called upon to satisfy the following remedies within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of this communication:

  1. Locate and Deliver: Immediately locate and successfully complete the final delivery check-in of the missing consignment to the designated recipient property, providing real-time unverified physical proof of the delivery scan.

  2. Financial Reimbursement: If the consignment is deemed physically lost, destroyed, or stolen due to courier staff negligence, remit the full commercial value of the cargo amounting to [Insert Amount, e.g., $XXX.XX] along with the auxiliary shipping fees originally collected.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Should you fail to comply with the terms of this notice within the stipulated timeline of fourteen (14) days, Our Client has given us unambiguous instructions to initiate formal legal proceedings against your organization before a competent court of law or consumer dispute tribunal for recovery of assets, damages for deficiency of service, and auxiliary legal costs, entirely at your risk and consequence.

A copy of this notice is being retained in our legal registry for future production in a court of law.
